Animal-Esque

Ok, furr real. No one can deny that you want to just poke this bunny’s chubby belly. Am I right? Well lately, I have been missing the rabbit I had as a childhood pet (“Cleo”), and I have insisted that Connor and I have a bunny farm when we get a house. But until then, he has been kind enough to let me buy this tank top to keep me from going out to buy the actual thing. Although, I am kind of bummed that it could take up to a MONTH to get here! Come on, I need my fix nowww.

So, I have rounded up all of my favorite animal-esque designs that I have seen plastered all over Pinterest and the like. Just because, it is pretty cute. Sometimes I think about the strange ways we “connect” with nature – the nostalgic and freeing feelings we have with these sort of products. Nevertheless, I love the look! And you have to admit, it’s pretty cute for a stylish kid or baby room.

Two things I love – wood pallets and animal-inspired design! And of course, putting the two together in a simple, stylish way. One day, I plan to make a coffee table similar to this (wood pallets and industrial wheels)…that is, once we have room for one.

How do you feel? Are you with this trend, or not so much? Or maybe, like me, you want the real thing, that cute little bunny above!!
