Since Last Sunday

Snowy Road | The Urban Pig

This week I have been having a great time relaxing, finally! Although I did have a few final tests, there were no classes, giving me plenty of time to study as well as free time to have fun. Connor and I went on a few adventures – some nice little drives exploring. Pullman is an interesting place because there are so many roads to be curious about what you might find. You are almost always promised a pretty view of the rolling hills, which was especially pretty when the snow decided to come and dust the farmlands.

A Christmas tree won't fit in our petite apartment, so this is showing our holiday spirit! Lovely little stockings my Grandma knitted.

Made some hot cocoa and went on an evening drive to look at Christmas lights with the hubby :)

Connor and I went on a movie date and saw The Hobbit in 3D. After the movie, we walked outside and it was snowing!

Waiting for the movie to start - Connor got his hair cut at "The Man Shop." We had a fun time waiting and playing pool. He looks handsome :)

Kraft Paper + Doilies + Twine | The Urban Pig

A few Christmas presents all wrapped and ready to go!

I finally had time to go Christmas shopping for our families and Connor. It’s really hard to find good hiding spots in such a small apartment, so I have been wrapping stuff right away! I have a ton of leftover supplies from our wedding (kraft paper was used to cover the food tables, I had a doily table runner, and twine from hanging pictures and banners), so I have been using them to wrap these presents all cute! So maybe the three-year old won’t appreciate it, but I think the mommas of the family will! Hope everyone is starting to get into the Christmas spirit – I’m trying!
